Descriptions:
The recipe for Einer’s Folly was created by Temecula home brewer Eric Holden and was the winning recipe out of hundreds of entrants at the ‘09 Holiday Wine Cellar Home Brew Competition. Folly offers a bold, roasted, medium body, with a massive chocolate, malty richness that is balanced with soft flavors of sweet vanilla bean, toffee & a pleasant oaky-bourbon character. Finishing with a nice, dry, aggressively hoppy bitterness, this beauty weighs in with an ABV of 8%!

Oude Tart is a Flemish-Style Red Ale aged in red wine barrels for 18 months. Pleasantly sour with hints of leather, dark fruit and toasty oak.

These bottles are from my personal beer cellar and have been stored upright in a dark, cool (45-55°F) basement closet since I acquired them.

I have purchased or traded for all the beers in my collection over the past eight years. Very recently (May 2014) I began rehab treatment for alcoholism, thus I am parting with my cellar to offset medical costs and to give to charity.

Thank you for looking.
Cheers!
